This gives you the opportunity to trial our applicant on a temporary basis (i.e. employed by I Need A Chef).Thanks to this system, you can trial new staff completely risk-free - if you feel things aren’t working out, you’re free to walk away, no harm no foul.
How does it work?
When a vacant position arises, we'll display your ad on our nationwide jobs board free of charge. In addition to Internet advertising, we'll undertake specific searches from our extensive database to filter and target the right candidates for your needs.
All prospective candidates are required to complete our own rigorous interview with an interviewer who has plenty of their own hospitality experience, and undergo a thorough reference checking process before they're put forward.
We have hundreds of hospitality staff looking at our site everyday, meaning there’s also a constant stream of high-quality candidates just waiting to apply to your kitchen!
