A beautiful winery and olive grove in Wagga Wagga is on the hunt for a passionate Head Chef and CDP to lead their kitchen team. Located about 5 hours from Sydney, the venue comprises an event space and restaurant , serving a European style menu to complement the locally grown wines and olives. This role not only offers the opportunity to work in a picture-perfect location, it is also ideal for someone looking for a lifestyle change. The restaurant is only open 4 days per week and Included in the Package is a great 2 Bedroom Cottage.

This role requires a hands-on Head Chef who has experience with European style cooking and Events, Working alongside the Venue Manager, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to design a seasonal menu using the best of local produce. In addition, there is the opportunity to increase overall revenue. A passion for food is a must, and you will be responsible for ensuring this passion is bred into your team’s culture. Taking ownership and development of the food offer will be a key part of this role, and strong leadership skills are highly desired.
